I have five years of experience in tutoring, and during that time I've been able to help students across all age groups and level of ability with reading and writing skills. What makes me unique as a tutor is my genuine interest in people and their perspectives. Many writing assignments don't give people the opportunity to draw inspiration from the things they enjoy in their life experiences. As a tutor, I find ways to relate the details with things students enjoy to help them become more engaged. I utilize patience with my students, and I'm attentive to their needs and determined to help them succeed. In my free time, I enjoy drumming, listen to music, watching movies, writing, and goofing off. I also enjoy basketball and Star Wars.
